Delivery area
- Switzerland and selected EU countries (Germany, Austria, the
Netherlands, Belgium and Luxemburg).
Invoice payment
- After an online order has been posted the customer will receive
an e-mail to their declared mail address containing a link. A
click on the link opens the browser and the personal log-in,
which is simultaneously the invoice. Please print off and keep a
copy of the online order / invoice (also to have a record of the
order code)! The online order / invoice remains constantly
retrievable in your shirt-market account for a period of three
months via a click on the mailed link.
Payment
- In order to minimise administration and therefore keep the
costs / delivery charges as low as possible, the purchased items
are only posted upon receipt of full advance payment.
IMPORTANT ADVICE for prepayment customers!! For bank transfers it
is essential that the order code contained in the online order /
invoice is clearly and legibly recorded in the section of the
bank formula entitled 'Notice to recipient / purpose of payment
etc.'
CONFIRMATION OF THE CUSTOMER ORDER ONLY TAKES PLACE UPON RECEIPT
OF PAYMENT
- The customer’s confirmation of an order and a sale contract
only come about when the full invoice amount reaches our account.
The bank transfer also constitutes the customer’s acceptance of
our general terms and conditions.
To annul an online order the customer merely needs to abstain
from paying in! By this means the order is automatically
cancelled.
- Orders for which payment has not been transferred within 2
months will be automatically cancelled!
IMPORTANT! Do not pay in for invoices that have been issued
longer than 2 months previously! Should a customer still wish to
complete a prior order that is over 2 months old then the
customer is required to book their order again, whereupon they
will receive a new current invoice.
Delivery period
- The delivery periods range between 10 and maximum 20 days, and
for the EU between 15 and maximum 25 days.
The delivery period commences once full payment has been credited
to our account.
(Warning: e-banking payments are as a rule credited to our
account within the period of a day, bank and post-office counter
payments take circa 3 to 4 days.)
- Delivery schedules are almost always met, but nevertheless we
are unfortunately unable to issue a guarantee or to assume any
form of liability.
- The costs of customs clearance (between €10 and €30 depending
on country of importation and the quantity of goods) and the
sales tax for deliveries within the EU are assumed by the
customer and are paid at the point of delivery.
Delivery
- The parcels are posted by registered mail. The costs of
registered delivery are included in the delivery costs.
Exchanging goods
- The delivered articles can only be exchanged:
- in the case of a production flaw
- if the size of the t-shirt is wrong. (IMPORTANT!! We
would be grateful if you ascertain the size of your items using
our size index prior to ordering!)
- Exchanged items will be replaced by items from the same product
number. It is not possible to change the item style in the course
of exchange.
- Items can be exchanged within seven days of the receipt of the
goods, and in the original packaging.
- For whatever reason the goods are returned, please make sure to
give us notice prior to postage via e-mail under:
info@shirtnet.ch. IMPORTANT! Please ensure that you supply us
with a telephone number at which we can reach you during office
hours!
- Goods posted collect will not be received. In the case of the
exchange of defective items the re-postage costs will be
reimbursed by us after the goods have been examined and the
defect acknowledged.
- The possibility of an exchange is excluded:
- when the t-shirts have been worn.
- when the t-shirts have not been washed in accordance
with the instructions listed on the back of the collar label and
the additional instruction label sewed into the side seam.
- when the colour(s) of the delivered items do not
correspond exactly with the colours shown on the customer’s
computer screen. It is not electronically possible to faithfully
reproduce the colours of fabric and fabric printing on screen.
- Goods returned to us because of failed delivery are stored for
3 months. The items will be re-posted only after we have been
contacted by the customer and the costs for the second delivery
have cleared in our account.
Data protection
- None of the customer details entrusted to us are forwarded to
any other firms, other than those directly involved in processing
your current order.
Copyright
- All of the logos, designs and brand names applied to / printed
on our t-shirts are protected by copyright. All forms of
reproduction are prohibited.
VAT
- All prices include 7.6% VAT.
Final clauses
- Should one or more of these general terms and conditions prove
void then the ineffectiveness of a part does not invalidate the
whole. Any invalid term or condition is superseded by the
relevant legal arrangements.
- Place of jurisdiction and fulfilment is the municipality of
Zurich, Switzerland.
